Scousers have often been the butt of jokes but in fact thieves in london acted fastedst in just 17 minutes.
next was Glasgow and birmingham 1 hr 30 mins. Two hours and 3 in Bristonl, norwich, newcastle, manchester cardiff and portsmouth.
Just shows you ...steriotypes are flawed, and we really are the most honest.
