Zezinho (Juventude)

Apparently Rafa wants to sign this young kid up from juventude but they haven't been able to complete a deal

Liverpool have not agreed a deal to sign Juventude teenager Zezinho, according to the Brazilian club's president.

The Reds are reported to be tracking the 17-year-old, who has impressed in Serie B, and some rumours have suggested that money has changed hands.

But while Juventude president Sergio Florian has played down rumours of a transfer, he has implied that Rafa Benitez's Premier League runners-up have been in contact regarding the midfielder.

"They (Liverpool) have already put money in the bank? I don't know anything about this," Florian told South American media.

"In truth, nothing has happened, no type of business. I can't say anything more about this because they're nothing but enquiries

Who cares if it's only 2 and a half weeks old it's still a rumour that might turn into a transfer and I think that's the name "Summer Transfer Board"?

Alright calm down. I was just saying the rumour has been about awhile. Nothing new has come of it since then. Juventude have said we haven't put an offer in and nothing has happened, IMO you won't hear anything about him again, however if I'm wrong then I'd be glad we signed someone.

Nothing wrong with having multiple Brazilians..

I feel a little more comfort with a Brazilian prospect as opposed to a Polish or Czech league player. Brazil could rotate their 11 starters and probably beat England, If any country mass produces world class footballers it's Brazil.
