Liverpool in talks with Athletic Bilbao kid San Jose

Liverpool are lining up a deal for Athletic Bilbao's teenage defender Mikel San Jose.
AS says Liverpool have already held talks with San Jose about moving to England at the end of this season, where he would initially join the reserve-team, but also train with Rafa Benitez's senior squad.

San Jose, 17, doesn't have a pro contract with Bilbao and if he moves abroad the Primera Liga club can only expect £70,000 in compensation. He has played for the first team in friendlies over the last 12 months.
