Pics: Liverpool FC Desktop Wallpaper

Love your art work, but,
I have a W960i, The Sony Theme Creator V3.29 does not support this but the earlier W950 with a similar interface. Is there a program out there in cyber land that can "Rip" themes apart so you can make your own from the best bits?
I only have MS Paint so I am very limited as what I can do.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

I just used a Theme Creator - i'm pretty sure there will be a general theme creator out there. I use photoshop to do the art work - even the online photoshop will be a sight better than paint.

there is also a really good free program called GIMP (seriously!) Graphics Image Manipulation Program - is great for the more difficult parts of the image.
