Ticket Info: Liverpool vs. Stoke City 19 August K.O 20:00

Basically mate, your members card used from the members sale will be your ticket along with receipt which is basically going to be proof of purchase. If bought in the members sale, you wont be sent a ticket, just use your card

So its a different system this season which seems pretty good to me

Got my confirmation letters for stoke today went to check my members cards.......CANT FIND ONE OF THEM!!!!! I still have the old fancard which is the same members number will this work?? I'm not attending game also I'm passing my cards onto my cousin!!! any idea's anyone??

Just got a text from LFC saying limited tickets are now available via www.liverpoolfc.tv to members.

I just looked on the stadium plan thing and there appears to be lots of tickets remaining.  Does anybody no when the same thing happens for the Aston Villa game??

Its brilliant isnt it.  I want to change my seat now. i bought my ticket about 2 weeks ago and im stuck in the corner and now all these seats become available, im really pissed off. Cant believe the same thing hasnt happened for Villa though

That's the same as me.I'm just happy everyone is getting tickets.

I am just happy I have a ticket after the shambles of Man City and Newcastle at home last season after getting tickets for the United and Everton games easier than those.

Think im gonna wait for the members exchange from now on before I buy my ticket. A little risky though incase it doesnt happen everytime.

Its better than touts getting tickets though and charging bloody hundreds for them thats for sure!

You get a receipt sent in the post specifically saying bring the receipt and the members card otherwise the jist of it is you won't get into watch the game.

They will be scanning the members card electronically so the receipt said.

Im in Lower Centenary block KG, it was all that was left by the time id logged in. I normally sit in the kop 206 but it had gone when i bought my tickets

Got this email yesterday

LIVERPOOL FC V STOKE CITY  - WEDNESDAY 19TH AUGUST 2009 AT 8PM

Due to a technical error with our printers, your member’s receipt was misprinted resulting in some of the seat details not appearing on the letter.

To avoid confusion on the night of the game the Club has taken the decision to reprint all affected member’s receipt, replacing card entry with a paper ticket for this game only.





The Club is currently sending these paper tickets out and your member’s card has been deactivated for this game.





Please note this issue only affects seats in the Centenary and Anfield Road stands; seats purchased in the Kop, Main Stand and Paddock are not affected, supporters sitting in the unaffected areas should still use their members card and receipt to enter.





For all future games you will be able to use your member’s card as usual to gain entry to the stadium.

How F***ing rediculous they have had all pre season to get all this stuff in place. To get the bloody tickets is hard enough , and it's just a big confusion when we have got them. The liverpool ticket system is like a full time job trying to keep up with everything.

I got my paper ticket through the post this morning, although what difference it made i really dont know. It had exactly the same details on it as the notification letter did.

Got 1 spare ticket in Annie road lower if anyone is interested pm me asap.

I got a paper ticket...that was weird. Was expecting a letter. (in the kop)
