Definitely offside , Rooney's goal. To be fair to Man United, the Lampard goal was controversial?

The scums played like sh*t today, no bite at all. That drunkard is getting worried now, an aging team that can't bite. Now Rafa can tell Fergie straight on the face, "yours is a one man rooney team". Ha ha. The scums morale now must be at an all time low. Common Birmingham, let's cause an early upset and derail them right from the start.

They've got themselves to blame for moaning to the ref, instead of getting back to defend the ball. And it happened in the chavs' half. If it happened in the penalty area of the mancs then of course its reasonable moaning but its too far from the goal - that the impact is minimal.

And to be fair for Chavs' deserved it, the mancs looked totally clueless and they've got no choices on the bench now. It's their problem.

I was supporting a whole host of serious injuries to both teams. God I had egg on my face at the end.

      Rooney's goal was offside, IMO.

Refused to watch it so wouldn't know but at the end of the day it's United so what do you expect? Could have been 20 yards offside and the ref will allow it.

      Forgot this was on.

One shower of sh*te beat the other then?

Still, I'm a glass is half full kind of guy, so I prefer to think that one of them lost, rather than the other won.

And after all if Chelsea fans really get so excited over what could be classed as a pre-season game then that shows their expectations for the season ahead
