Won't go missing up top like Johnson does so he will be solid at the back and allows Masch to cover for Insua when he is bombing forward.

I actually think Hoddle speaks more sense than Souness. Never find myself disagreeing with Hoddle as much as I do with Souness.

Come on Kelly! F***ing brilliant news for the lad. One thing's for sure, this lad will show pride and passion, and he'd F***ing shed blood for the cause. This is awesome news. Really hope he has a stormer, and shows some of our lads what playing for our great club means.

Just wanted to be the first person to say "pumped" on this thread, since RK beat me to it on the pre-match thread!

Perhaps not the line-up everyone expected, but I do think a shake up was in order after recent results. It's now up to the team selected to prove they are good enough to play for Liverpool.
