I would be in London on this day, but if I could convince me dad to come down for this it would be boss. Although getting the tickets is the hard part.

If anyone could advise me as to how could I go about securing tickets, without no knowledge, no subscription to LFC whatsoever, it would be greatly appreciated.

I know going to this game is slightly possible impossible, but I'm not ruling it out just yet

You need to get into the general sale mate, starts at 8am on the 3rd. Unsure of the number but I know you'll be able to find it on .tv somewhere.

Anyway, Anfield's capcity is 45,362 isn't it? The game against the mancs was only 44,000ish, so I don't see the reason why the tickets run out?

Only about 8,000 or so go to non-season ticket holders though. The rest go to ST's, corporates and friggin tourists.

The credit card hotline opens on the first date of sale at 8.30 am. A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased on the credit card hotline and these tickets are subject to a booking fee of 50p per ticket.

Tickets booked up to 3 days in advance will be posted. If tickets are booked less than 3 days in advance they must be collected from the main ticket office and the applicable credit card must be shown.

Postal applications should be made using our Ticket Application Form » and must include a stamped address envelope or an International Return Envelope and are available from 18 days before a fixture. Please do not apply earlier than this date.

Please leave the amount of the cheque blank to accommodate the various ticket prices for each stand. Alternatively, please include your credit/debit card details: card number, expiry date, issue number and address.

Please clearly state the game for which you are applying, the preferred choice of stand.

They just like to take the piss. The way the ticket office is run I wouldnt suprised if they were all closet mancs.

The links to buy the tickets are not working for plan or me I got on to where you can either click view stadium plan or buy tickets now but the links don't work.

I can't get back in now it's going to be a frustating hour or so.
