I shocked one one has said the Godfather!, not that I have seen it myself. so that one is out for me.
LotR, much too long for me, 3hrs for a film. Remembering being let down at the end of the first film with the 2 hobbits looking a a volcano and saying that's where were going!
Matrix, first film good, but the last two were average, I think they got carried away with the graphics and not the story.
Star Wars, first 3 (4, 5, & 6) were and still are excellent, but the middle one was the poorest, as for the last 3 (1, 2, & 3) less said the better.
Borne series, great loved them.
Oceans 11, 12, & 13, again great.
Terminator, good films but the one who played Sarah Coner spoils it for me, have not seen the 4th yet, waiting for it to be on TV
Pirates of the Carabean, Ok can and do watch them, Can not believe BBC showed the 3rd on Christmas ans the 2nd at New Year!!!
Harry Potter, Not as good as the books, you do not need to know what has gone on before to keep up with the film you are watching, so can they be truly a saga.
Rocky, ?? and Jaws ?? First films were good, but then they just produced them to carry on the franchise.
Now I'm stuck between two, Back to the Future and Die Hard.
I have watch Back to the Future back to back a few times and I can not find anything wrong with them, every thing follows on 100% except Marty's girlfriend is a different actress, (wanted more money!)
Die Hard, love them, but the first 2 are a little dated now, so for me it has to be BACK TO THE FUTURE.
(Not seen any of the Horror ones, inc theAlien ones so can not comment.)
