Positive Note

Last nights game has shown the progress Liverpool have made in the last 2 years. We were supposedly inferior to Milan before the match, we all know thats rubbish now. We showed we are capable of playing good passing football to feet rather than long ball hit and hope tactics. I think we looked comfortable playing in such a big game environment, just lacking efficiency up front which has been a big problem all season.

Spot on. In Istanbul, character won us the game. Last night we showed we really deserved to be there.

Our problem last night was the same as what we have had all year.  We don't have a clinical finisher up front.

No doubt Rafa will be sorting that out this summer.

Was Kaka even on the pitch last night all he did was dive player of the year my @r5e.

Couldnt have said it better. will be interesting to see what Rafa does over the summer.

even though we lost, we deserved to be there. the better team lost.
