My Dad used to tell me about a right winger who played for us,he was South African and he scored 74 goals in 239 games for us.He retired in 1947 so as you can see he lost out due to the second world war.he was selected to play for Great Britain twice so that should give you an indication of how good he was.His name was Berry Nieuwenhuys and the crowd called him Nivvy for short.
Molby on his day was brilliant,he could split a defence wide open with the accuracy of his passes and Sami showed us what skill and loyalty was all about.I would pick Sami because he showed how good he was over 10 years but when I look at how good Nivvy was how could i not agree with my old mate my Dad.
