Same reason why I probably wouldn't go to town if I could mate. Apparently there's already been a bit of a 'riot' down Hanover St way, ironically enough, where O'Neils is.  ;D

Think I'll get a few tins in though and listen to some old irish music. Love a bit of old folky irish stuff! Any recommendations anyone?

EDIT: By the way, I should get a few tins in! I dropped all my old EX work stuff etc back to my EX work offices today. And said goodbye to my old manager (who is sound as a pound by the way). So that is something to celebrate indeed!!!
The pogues are good Kenny I know they're a bit mad but some of the raw Irish stuff is class especially when they have guest artists on the go.
Do you start the new job next week mate?

      I'm Irish ;D

However... I'm quite embarrassed to be at the same time. The 14-16 year olds falling around the streets is absolutely disgusting to say the least. I've stopped going to Dublin over this, and being in Uni I need all the cash I can get so I decide to work on Paddys day.

Oh and I guess I'm not your stereotypical Irish guy, I don't drink. ;D

Cheers mate! And I'm not sure of a start yet as I need to get my CRB check back. But hopefully in a couple of weeks.

I only grabbed this last bit, but thank god for that. Know what you mean about the kids. I'm quite the hypocrite to be fair. I condone and appreciate that they're thrying to be "adults" and that they're finding their way in the world, but when I have to be around them I want to bash all their F***ing heads in!!

You work in a bar or restaurant? One of the absolute paydays of the year.

I'm gonna try to get some music into mp3 for ya and send something along on this thread. Let's see how much longer the boys sleeps, though, before I commit. :D

I was waiting to see if my long day at work made me want to have a nap, or whether the urge for beer would win (I hadn't had any since Sunday!). The urge won!
