Francisco Duran Player thread

Have been impressed by what i have seen of the kid, playing for the reserves on LFC TV,
Don't know much about him aprt from that he is coming back from serious injury, reckon he could be one for the future? Any thoughts

Heard that Rafa rates him highly. Shame about his injuries, but he loooked good against Hull. Hopefully the injuries he's suffered won't have hampered his development.

Very, very highly rated. Probably the most technically gifted player in the reserves. Going by the latest McMahon interview, he's delighted with what Duran is bringing into training. It'll all depend on the way he picks himself up and progresses.

He is a MF.

The players I wanted to see in the first team have all been sold. I never thought Insua was going to make it but he did. I really rated Duran and he cannot stop getting injured. So, now I do not keep any expectations from any one. Apart from that I think Kelly is already there. Spearing and Plessis are not good enough and should be moved on. Darby might make it but pretty hard to say. I think he is not good enough as well.

I for got Duran still played for us. Is he the one who got injured for us on his first session for like a year?
I doubt he'll be around much longer. I stopped having faith in our youth system when Welsh and Potter made no improvements and got shipped out. Good luck to him though, I hope he dose prove me wrong.

We do seem to waste a lot of talent that comes through the youth team, remember him playng against Hull. Hope he and others get a bit more of a chance under Woy. Whats happened to Tom Ince

There was high hopes for this lad he was meant to be very similar to xabi alonso, the injuries really put pay to that.
