Carragher in International U-Turn shocker

In my opinion Carra has had his worst season, for a long time, in a Red shirt. He look tired and slow for a large parts of our season; yet he may be off to the World Cup - to me that doesn't bode well for England's chances.

As for Jamie's decision: why not? It'll be his only chance to play on that stage. I'm sure he won't regret it - good luck to him.

He wont be playing for England after this WC - its a final go at the big one so he will be fit for LFC when the season starts.

I agree with DLS and have already said that he wont be 1st choice anyway.

Looked better than Rio that's for sure.

He didn't do much at all to be honest, that one back pass to Hart and that was about it.
