I can't help but feel desperately sorry for a man who has invested so much time and effort into this club and from what
I've read over the years, the incredible gestures and support he has given to the local community and many many very worthy causes,
he has made us proud and passionate of our club and made us a force again, I will never forget some of the amazing nights and that's even leaving aside Istanbul, he has raised his children in Liverpool and settled happily along with his very well respected wife.
I'm a grown man but all this brings tears to my eyes, then the sadness turns to anger as many other have stated, where will it end?
If new owners cannot be found for another twelve months, for example, what kind of predicament will the club be in by then?
Who has the answers? With Rafa gone, there is no one we can trust, Kenny perhaps but he is a club ambassador not a boardroom member.
Shanks and Sir Bob must really be turning in their graves.
