I dont know, maybe van Gaal wasnt using Muller correctly in the UCL, but I was never very impressed with him then, despite all the hype. Today he's been amazing. Only 21.

There goes my 2-0 prediction

Same here... but I guess I'm just happy to see more than 2 goals scored in a game

      4-0!

And that's the first Brazilian goal in the World Cup ;D Cacau

You think he's better than Maicon?

It's a close one mate but I would go in favour of Lahm just.

4-0 and Germany are looking amazing and very un-German like.

They don't need Michael Ballack. His era is over

      4-0.

      All strikers scored.

He's playing as a right winger now I think? He was mostly playing as a second striker/in the hole at Bayern, since they have Robben on the right. Also think he had a bit of a slump in form late in the season. He did really well in the league for them most of the season.

Australia taking a serious beating here.

The number of chances Germany had they could be about 7 or 8 up.

Very impressive from them - they always always do it in the tournaments.

Brilliant finish that. Horrible defending, again.

      Lets sign that Mueller lad.

Klose would have to be pissed at coming off, has a good chance at getting closer to that record!

Oh dear lord. Four. Klose will really be wishing he was still out there!

Lahm is not only good, he's also versatile. Play equally well in both sides of defense. But on the right, I'd say Maicon has been the best recently

      Well done, Mesut Ozil.

First game of the biggest international tournament for him and he was very, very impressive.

Not to be racist or any thing but is Cacau the first black person to ever play for Germany?
Cant think of any others off hand.
