Sky are reporting our net spend is £8.2Million, how can that be???

That was just general spending that they were talking about. Sky never do take net spend into account.

Why has Danny Wilson's price changed from 5M to 2M?

Because he initially cost 2M with future add ons, so our initial outlay is 2M.

Suprised SKY missed the chance to add a further £3M on to our spend though.

How much did Cav go for - £2m ?
Plus the sale of Masch now.

      That's a nice £20m negative spend.

BIG SUMMER TOM ? - What was that - you meant the Interest Payment ? - and we all thought it was to do with FOOTBALL - how could we be so mistaken....

£18,775,000 will go someway to refinancing when you add the standard chartered money =  around £34m and the business model looks so much more viable now weve really reduced the wage bill.

Can see RBS or possibly Barcap refinancing Tom & Georgey boy now they are getting funds together.

Has anyone noticed that the 2 crooks have got their pr companies out in force on this.  U know, pretending to be fans, telling barefaced lies on some of the forums. A poster at Lfconline.com wrote some  some shocking claptrap  about  our pillaged finances recently. It amazes me when some of them even come on in their Americanized English talking about "promotional slots" etc.

To think that OUR money, year after year has funded adding this sick insult to injury. It makes my blood boil. But like the saying goes "don't get mad, get even"

Believe it or not my friend their PR men have materialised on this actual forum on more than one occasion.
It was embarrassing reading their half arsed patronising posts with the hidden(?) agendas, they were under some kind of illusion that we are unable to coordinate our thoughts and identify the devious, lying individuals that are clones of their paymasters.

edit: sorry about going off topic but the money issue is in there somewhere.

I think something needs to be sorted quick - big summer - of departures

we cannot be expected to compete with our current squad

So neg 11m for Roy, to go along with the money for San Jose (2.5m) in the summer, plus the departures of Voronin and Dossena (6.5m)

There's your 20m interest payment people.

The other issue is squad and wage inflation. LFC turnover has roared up in spite of the Cancers.
Largely down to Rafa's great Euro successes, TV deals, and the growth in Asia (which has nothing to do with the cancers).

If we'd have spent like the mickey mouse teams are doing currently, our squad would have been much more like it. If u check out the "league tables of spending" for last year, we're in about 20th position!!

And this is what the lemmings fail to see. The more money they are given, the more they will rob. They have no intention of mounting a remotely serious silverware challenge. To quote that fat cancer, "its just like weetabix".

Except weetabix doesnt leave a nasty taste in the mouth. Not a penny more!
