Most despised player to ever wear the Liverpool shirt

Inspired by Riera's letter to the fans , I was wondering who is your most hated player to ever pull on your famous jersey ?

I don't hate any Liverpool players past or present , but I do despise a former Gooner in Adebayor . The way he moaned for more wages , then left anyway . But more than that the f**ker had the hide to celebrate his goal in front of the home crowd and kiss the Citeh badge . The cnut has no class and he may as well have slapped every Gooner in the face with his antics . One good season for us , but I found him to be petulant and lazy most of the time . That is the reasoning as to why I despise Adebayor .

It broke my heart when Owen left. But I don't hate him. Diouf is a good candidate. I'd put Mascherano up there because he's really pissed me off with his constant bitching!

Owen i understand ish. the fact that he is so sub standard to what he was when with us is laughable. no matter if he scores the winner against us, we still had him in his prime. F**k you mickey lad.

A few years ago this subject could not be applied but with the advent of the mercinary footballer and the personal reward available for that conduct, loyalty to the club is not a priority to some.
Diouf is a shining example his arrogance and stupidity are breathtaking and he IS worthy of the strongest emotion known....hate.
Riera is also a good example and despise is not too strong a word to associate with him.

and Speedie - he  embodied absolutely everything that was wrong with the souness "era" and possibly I despise him more than all the others, if only because he represents the decline that happened under souness.
Ok, 6 goals in 12 apps, but what a F***ing moron he was, and typified the signings we saw under souness - more about aggression than ability.

OzGooner - totally agree with you about Adebayor the way he celebrated it could have caused a pitch invasion. I have a lot of mates who are Arsenal fans and they despise him like you.

Two of the worst buys by Souness and I remember Istvan Kozma, both were a pair of fat bas**rds who from what I remember contributed F***ing zero during their time at Anfield.
In fact in buying Dicks we let better players like Burrows and Marsh go just to buy that useless cockney clogger.

Is that their fault though? If any of us were offered the chance to play for Liverpool, I can't imagine we'd say, "no thanks, I don't think I'm good enough"!
I find it hard to hate a player for being crap, in that case, it's the manager that buys him and plays him that pisses me off.
Players that are blatantly lazy, that's a different matter.
