Fab had one good season then was rubbish

      Absolute nonsense.

His form did drop off a cliff at the end but he'd far more than one good season.

      And was regularly slated here,
When people talk of Jurgens misplaced loyalty  they have Hendo in mind.

Are you trying to win the stupidest thing said on the internet today

I’m guessing you slept through the 18/19 and 19/20 seasons plus the 21/22 season

Fab, Hendo and Thiago have no place in it.

Who would you have in midfield then?

Fabinho was as good as any defensive midfielder on the planet for a 3 year period and was integral for us.

Find it astonishing that you wouldn't have Henderson in it either. One of our best ever captains and the fact he was a regular when we won it all says enough.

Thiago I get, I think those including him in their XI are maybe looking at natural talent alone and if we were judging on that alone then yes he would make the midfield.

Dude turned into Salah in 22 when Mo went off to Afcon. Kid was scoring every week and playing lockdown D in the middle.

Fab was the F***ing man. Period

Fabinho was difficult to replace and Endo wasn't really thought of in the first instance as replacement. Was a good few weeks before Endo staked his claim and my guess is the staff were pleasantly surprised. That allowed Mac to play the more advanced role but Fabinho was top draw.

Can't argue with the majority. Add Origi to the bench that lad scored some incredibly important goals.

Picks itself IMO, midfield has to be Fab, Hendo and Gini. Special mention to Milner and Origi. I wonder how many of the current squad will go on to make us think they could have been in a best Jürgen XI. Macca defo has the potential.

      Fabinho

      Mane

The results of that team proved they were the best

Jota and Milner the unlucky ones to miss out but yeah.

The problem the current side has is its quite difficult to pick our best XI now.
