Just a hypothetical question.  What will you think if we sit 2nd in the table this time next year?  Will you still think this was an awful decision?  Give them time and the benefit of doubt to prove themselves before making a knee jerk reaction.

Right or wrong?  I don't know, but this isn't really that far off of what they did with the Red Sox.  Different sport, different country, different circumstances.  Time will tell.

 I can speak only for myself, but I think Kenny did a fantastic job to stop the sliding mess he had been left. He won us our first trophy for six seasons, got to the final of another, and this is how we repay him. Joke of a decision.

Its such a pity its worked out this way but at least Kenny can point to silverware
for his second stint in charge.

You're absolutely spot on Racer, they've ripped out the heart in Kenny and everything above, they have no reliable voice to turn to when new guys come in. You can't just get rid of everybody then look to succeed, it's madness and I'm shocked FSG have chose this approach but I honestly don't think it bodes well whoever we bring in, farcical.

Lets turn it from bashing the owners to thanking the King.

Love you King. No one else could of steadied the ship the way you did. You are FOREVER a legend and no one will ever forget you.

No need for the personal retort Racer.  I just don't think getting upset is going to do any good.  It will not give the King his job back, nor will it help us move forward as a club.  A good fan will support the club in good times and in bad regardless of who is in charge.  I plan on doing just that.  I may not like the new manager, and I may wish Dalglish was still in charge, but come our first game next season I will be glued to my tele and praying to the football gods for a good start to a great season.

The decision on who replaces him is the biggest decision we have in the future of our club. Get this wrong and we become obsolete.

Fields of Anfield Road

Was really looking forward to a fresh start for King Kenny. Very optimistic about the season ahead. Proud to wear my new LFC shirt with Kenny at the helm. Proud to tell my 5yr old boy that we were going places!!

Proud of how Kenny has run the club, and especially his press conferences. He showed heart and soul.

Thank you Kenny.

Now really, really saddened. Hoping for a fantastic manager to replace him.. because it better to be, or this hurt will grow deeper.
