Not so much a comment but a reaction.

That Kenny smile whenever someone asks him how it feels.

      Fantastic.

      After United game:

“As great as the effort and commitment was great today, the football club isn’t in the habit of losing games.

“Even down to 10 men at Manchester United, and having lost the game to a diabolical penalty kick, we can’t accept that and we won’t accept that.”

I liked the story of him walking past Ferguson being interviewed many years ago with a young Kelly with him.He said to the reporters you dont want to be speaking to him you will get more sense out of her. :lmao: :lmao:
Better footballer, better Manager and better man than Ferguson. He seems to be the only one who can get Ferguson on edge.

"The reception of the fans was unbelievable," said Dalglish. "It crossed my mind to do a Mourinho or a Gary Neville and run down the line to their corner but I never made it!

Just reading his book at the moment. If any fan had any doubt about his rightful return to the job, should read the book. The man is truly a legend.

My favourite was on the ITV highlights last night.  It went something like this
Reporter: "Kenny, is this the biggest challenge you've ever faced?"
Kenny: " No, It was a par four, dog leg right, over water - nightmare!"

      So glad he's back

Not being funny, but he'll make Rafa look an amateur when he attends some of the press conferences this season.

Loved his comments about EVERYONE singing from the same hymn sheet.

I havent been able to bring myself to watch a press conference or pre/post match interview for at least 3 months- i end up angry & screaming at the tv!

Love it, Like a best friend- there when you need them!

And boy do we need Kenny right now!

" I think she phoned Ian and said please get him out of the house " quality interview. Had the media in the palm of his hand. Have not heard laughter in a Liverpool dressing room like that in a long long time

F***ing loved reading that quote. After all the dumbing down of our expectations, he has come in with a completely different attitude and makes it extremely obvious in the process. That's the mentality we want at this club, a fighters mentality and a winners mentality, and I think Kenny will be able to get that across to the players even if he is just here till the end of the season.

To be fair though, I'd imagine Rafa's press conferences in English are better than Kenny Dalglish's would be in Spanish. ;)

The players have been pissing themselves before every game when the 'tactics' were announced.

Both are just as equally hard to understand at times as well :D
