He's a different class. Up there with Messi and Ronaldo at the very top of the pile. Form wise out of the three you could easily argue Suarez's case.

His record for goals is fantastic, he's now scored 202 goals in 335 games in his (club) career. 39 from 71 isn't bad for an international record either. It's the variety of the goals he scores that's so F***ing astounding. Absolute pleasure watching him in a red shirt.

So so lucky to have a player of his quality!! Fantastic! To think people questioned his goal rate a couple of seasons ago (when he still finished with 17)

Can't describe him in words. I can only show it through the white muck I have inside my pants watching him on the pitch time and again.

      Special, special player.

Thing about putting him in with Messi and Ronaldo....in some ways I think he's better. Much more creative with his goals than either of them. It's almost like he tries to invent hard ways to score to prove how good he is. Ronaldo and Messi are clinical and Messi is brilliant with the ball at his feet, but I'd be hard pressed to outright say I'd take either of them over Luis.

That man is unstoppable, his    confidence after the Norwich game is higher than anything else !

Not just that he scored 4 goals in the match, just the way how he scored them was a whole different class!

F**k me... He has just smashed in a forth from a free kick.

Wait until you see these. He will have his own goal of the month competition.

Is it against the rules to start with 2 keepers???

Honestly, wait until you see these goals. Two keepers may have struggled with a few of them! And that's not a joke!

      Quality that :D

I mean thats the THIRD time he's comprehensively butt-raped them. :D

You could (cough) *almost* understand it happening once... but 3?

I've been speaking to a few of the older fans. Ofcourse some are often "its not like the old days...".  But they're talking about it as one of the great all time performances in Britain. I mean Robbie vs Arsenal, the 4.5 mins hattrick was amazing, but RF was a centreforward, and I think didn't have the deep lying abilities of LUis.

I think football today is very hard to shine in. You don't have smokers, drinkers or lazy buggers coasting along in top flight teams. Defenders and midfielders are supreme athletes. |Time on the ball is really at a premium. But Luis just slaughtered this lot. It was like he was 2, maybe THREE divisions ahead of them in quality. Its like an exponential return.

Someone I spoke to compared him to George Best at his peak. Thing is, Best only ever did it in the 1st division, never against intl teams etc. I wonder where he should rank in terms of all time best ever players?

What you said earlier about players of that era indulging in questionable recreational practices could apply to George Best, he used to F***ing hammer it and still come up with the goods on match day. It did take it's toll eventually but having seen a documentary his carry on at the pinnacle of his career was astonishing.

Just watched this again, and I think its up there the best individual performances Ive seen from a footballer .
He sure loves those ouside-of-the-boot passes, dont he? He did around 5 in the match, all perfectly placed, and 2 should have ended up being assists.

Amazing, after Messi, he is the best footballer for me. ROnaldo is a great goalscorer, a machine, but as far as footbal, id stick with Luis anytime, anyday.
