The BBC report that West Ham and Liverpool have agreed a fee for Andy Carroll but he has yet to decide if he wants to join them on a permanent basis.
W. Ham will match his £15m asking price but Carroll is unsure about the move ahead of a World Cup year.
It is understood interest from Newcastle has cooled.
W.Ham are expected to bid for Arnhem's Wilfried Bony if Carroll Rejects their approach.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22618340West Ham do sound keen while that joke of a club Newcastle who eventually stand to make £15m on the deal, even if they upped the bid to 20m are standing off, presumably in the hope that the players wishes will prevail.
F***ing cheapskate, half arsed outfit.
