Have to remember Flanno didn't kick on the first time he broke through either under Kenny.
When Flanno first broke through he looked a very promising player; think he made his debut against City in a 3-0 win and he had a great game, he had some steady performances after that but then I think he had a couple of dodgy games, along with a complete mare and struggled with a few injuries and then was nowhere to be seen where the first team is concerned for quite a while. I think a lack of options is what led to him being recalled by Rodgers as well but since he came back he has been boss, good old fashioned tackler and is getting better and better. He wasn't ready mentally when he first broke through, the bad performances seemed to really affect his game but now it has made him a better player after at one point, looking like he had no future with us. Hopefully Wisdom will be able to push on and make it with us, he's had some good games but at the same time you could tell he just wasn't ready at the time, hopefully the loan moves will do him good and benefit us in the long run.
