Actually it's probably an advantage to City. They play Stoke a few days after and if Stoke are safe, they're let City win because if City finish 4th, Stoke will get European football but if City finish 5th, Stoke don't get European football and 6th will.

So I'm expecting Stoke to bend over for City.

Ok lets pray then that stoke win the cup and city finish 5th and us 4th,that way were all in europe.

Amazing to think we could be ahead of Tottenham, while the media are verbally masturbating about Spurs and our first half of the season was a train wreck. Also the media overrate VDV, Bale, saying they could get into any side in the world.

Getting 5th will be great boost for the club next season.  Not just playing Europe and attracting players, but the psychological boost of achieving what seemed totally impossible just a few months ago.

Who would have thought we'd be in contention for a spot in Europe when just 4 months ago, we were sitting in the relegation zone.

The return of King Kenny and Steve Clarke and of course not forgetting NESV in October '10 has brought a new breath of fresh air to the club and to everyone related to it.

There's a sense of belief, unity, togetherness and hunger in the last few games and a European spot would fo us good in our 'rebuilding' process.

Let's be realistic here though, we have 4 games remaining and need maximum points (no pressure there then) to give ourselves the best chance of securing Europa league football next season, Spurs potentially have a tough run in with us and Man City the key games.  It's gonna be a close one......

I think a huge benefit for our run in is that we're not playing any relegation threatened teams (Newcastle, Fulham, Spuds, Villa) and our one remaining big match is at home.

Tottenham are playing two teams with a very real threat of relegation and two top teams (one fighting for Europe and the other fighting for the title).

Our away games record are bad compare to home games, the lads must up their game now that we have our confidences back.

Our away record since Kenny took charge is the 4th best in the league, though Fulham's home form is very good at present.   Don't like Mark Hughes, but he's got Fulham playing well and still think he was hard done by at Man City.

Well it's Fulham up next. Remember going nuts when Benayoun scored that last minute winner two years back?! I've never gone so crazy as that moment! Even though we didn't win the league it was a wonderful moment! My brother was through by on the computer and heard my sheer explosion of joy followed by a massive "COME ON!!!".   I scared our dog in the process so I forced myself to calm down for her sake! God bless her.

Apart from like goals in finals, that is probably one of my favourite LFC goals of all time. was absolutely buzzing like never before after that goal.

If we come away from Fulham with 3 points in the bag we will be doing well, and the effort the lads are putting in there is no reason why we should not get the 3 points.

The way we are playing at the minute,there is no doubt we can take all 3 points at Fulham.Think we will beat spurs at home and a win at Villa will be a great end to a horrible season.

Think now Fulham is the hardest game, expect us to be beat Spurs home and Villa away.

Having said that, with confidence high theres no reason why we cant get maximum points from these three games, lets finish the season on in style 

It all makes for a very interesting last few games of the season, when just a few months ago it seemed a lost cause. Roll on next season when things can only get better.
