Torres has gone and, more to the point, has lost the punishing burst of speed he once had and will never be as good as he once was. Even saying that, at his VERY BEST he was still utter crap in any game where the opposition shut down all his space. Rafa even commented how difficult it was for him.
So, Rafa to Chelsea makes sense but Torres will only ever be "decent" from this point forward (my opinion only, obviously could be wrong) and with his fitness record, money-grabbing sulky persona methinks you DO NOT build a team around him.
