      Bradford to land Reds keeper

Reds to loan out keeper to League Two side
      By Pete O'Rourke

Skysports.com understands Liverpool goalkeeper Martin Hansen is poised to join Bradford City on loan.

The Danish custodian, who joined Liverpool from Brondby in 2006, is well down the pecking order at Anfield with Pepe Reina, Alexander Doni and Brad Jones all ahead of him in Kenny Dalglish's plans.

Hansen has yet to make a first-team appearance for Liverpool, but he is highly-rated within the corridors of Anfield.

Liverpool recently allowed Peter Gulacsi to go out on loan to Hull City and they are now ready to loan out Hansen so that he can get some regular action under his belt.

Bradford boss Peter Jackson has been searching for goalkeeping reinforcements to provide competition and cover for current Jon McLaughlin.

Following Peter Gulasci moving to the Tigers, he's another youngster golie moving to minor league. Might be a good experience for him.

Liverpool have today confirmed that Martin Hansen has joined Bradford City on an emergency loan.

The Danish stopper featured for the Reds during the pre-season tour of Asia and now moves to the Bantams in a deal that will see him remain with the League Two outfit for a 28 day period.

Hansen joined Liverpool from Brondby in the summer of 2006 and was part of the 2007 FA Youth Cup winning side. He has yet to make a competitive appearance for the Reds.

Just 28 days!! Well, it's just what they called an emergency move by the way, but still I hope he gets some experiences there at the League Two and get back and stick to our second string.

If he does good for that month you can see him securing a 6 month or full season loan deal.
