Changed my plan to a simplicity one. Told that it included 100mb of data. Wanted to add 500Mb bolt on, but they could not do that in the shop.
It didn't have data attatch, It had NIL
Lost internet straight away. Went back and cancelled new contract to return to previous one as I'd been lied to.
Done after waiting 25 mins on hold for customer services.
Now 5 hours after going back to unlimited data again, still no internet.
Customer services now closed.
