But Gerrard personnaly said he was aiming to be fit for Tottenham. So if he's not involved at WHL, then surely he's 100% ready for Brighton

Have you ever known him say he's NOT fit for a match? He's champing at the bit and raring to go - but maybe the medical team don't agree with him, and we have seen before what happens when he comes back before he's quite ready.

I reckon if he comes on it'll be for the last 20/30 mins when there's less chance of him getting clattered, and he has a bit more room as Brighton start to tire.

Because we need to see if gerrard is really fit and if we are going to see him back to his best. Its perfectly understandable that people are anxious to see him after nearly 6 months out.

Coming on for the last 20/30 minutes still counts as being invloved. on that part i agree

I wouldn't expect him to start tonight or on saturday, but we'll see his game time upped over the next couple of weeks or so.

I always think that coming on towards the end of a game you are afar more likely to pick up an injury after sitting down for most of the eveing in the cold.

The lineup apparently - Line up - Reina, Kelly, Carra, Coates, Robinson, Spearing, Lucas, Kuyt, Maxi, Bellamy, Suarez

That's whats being circulated at the moment. If that's the team, I'd be very happy with it.

      4 2 1 3 formation for me.

      -----------------Reina------------------
      Kelly-----Carragher----Coates----Robinson-
      -----------Spearing--Lucas--------------
      -----------------Maxi-----------------
      Kuyt-----------Bellamy---------Suarez------

I would have started Carroll here, for me it has to be Suarez and Kuyt starting for Wolves. This is the type of match I would have given Carroll
