You'll Never Walk Alone by Nicky Allt

From 30 September to 29 October

      at Royal Court

You’ll Never Walk Alone – The Legend Of Liverpool FC

Since 1892 Liverpool Football Club has won 18 league titles, 5 European Cups, 7 FA Cups, 7 League Cups and 3 UEFA Cups. But that doesn’t tell half of the story.

Writer Nicky Allt (One Night In Istanbul, The Boys From The Mersey) returns to the Court to tell the story of the World’s most famous Football Club in a brand new play. The story runs from the founding fathers through the dark days of the second division to glory at Wembley, Rome and Istanbul.

The show tells stories of the glories on the fields of Anfield Road from Elisha Scott, Albert Stubbins and Billy Liddell to Kenny Dalglish, John Barnes and Steven Gerrard. With complete access to the LFC archive Nicky Allt has brought together every major incident in the club’s 119 year history and created a show that will make you laugh, cry and cheer out loud.

This five star show is a must for all reds who really know their history.

      Cast
      Pauline Daniels – Pauline
      Jamie Hampson – Tia
      Mark Moraghan- Tommy

      Lenny Wood – Kenny

      Anthony Godfrey
      Chris Grahamson
      Howard Gray
      Adam Keast
      Dan McIntryre

£12 for Circle tickets is great value.

Anyway, this is gonna be a great show. Looking forward to
Hicks Gillet stuff, and how Heysel is brought into the story.

Midweek nights in Circle great for party of people but I've sat downstairs
in stalls and prefer it cos you can drink more freely.

      Lager lout!

Went to this last night. I had great seats too. I have to say it was very very good. Humorous, informative, very emotional - Heysel and Hillsborough were handled very well. There really was a great amount of humour and the cast were excellent! I bought a raffle ticket or five to win a full sized European Cup and also bought a superb framed picture of Shanks. I'll try and get a pic on soon!

Only this week left to see this and i heartily recommend it. Was sad to see that it was half empty last night in the circle. Get down there for a fabulous night!
