I just don't understand how they 'charge' Luis when there is no evidence. Yet as far as I'm aware nothing has happened to Terry but it's on camera!!!

Exactly, the Bizzies don't give all their evidence to the public when they charge someone.

If the only evidence they have is hearsay then our Lawyers will get an apology.

its just a way of the FA appeasing Ferguson there is no evidence other than Evra's word and that for me is nothing.

As far as I know Suarez admits to having said the things they accuse him of, so I'm not sure why everybody is so hung up on this evidence thing.

What is it with every little thing within this club needing to start a petition? Hillsborough granted was a fantastic thing, but this petition for Suarez is on the verge of silly. We do not run the club or run the FA, lets leave them to get on with their jobs! Some people take this internet terrorist thing way too far now since Hicks and Gillett.  We are supporters, not a pressure group, or terrorists.

The FA obviously have no evidence, hence charging him with "alleged" racial abuse....
