Looks like he took a cleat to the knee, so hopefully it is just an impact injury and he will only need a few days or a week to let it heal.  We need Lucas fit as we do not have a good replacement for him in our squad....  Just praying he did not do any serious ligament/tendon/cartilage damage.

I really need these commentators to stop talking about the missed penalty. Yes, it does nothing to raise the opinions of Carroll in the eyes of haters, but we are winning now. He is not the only player to ever miss a penalty.
