Go for it Rafa. I'd be happy to see him take up that job, then being linked with clubs like Villa and Sunderland.

      AFP

PSG was obvious 3 - 2 faced with Auxerre on Sunday evening, but nothing seems to be able to change the lesson of events for Antoine Kombouaré. On Sunday evening, puts snow chains on it qatarie Al-Jazeera announce (via his channel in Qatar) the quasi imminent replacement of the Parisian coach by Rafael Benitez. The Spanish technician is without club since his departure of Inter Milan. It had then been replaced with Leonardo, consequently team manager of the PSG. Information was not confirmed by the writing of Al-Jazeera France. On the side of the direction of the club, no confirmation but no denial either. The agent of Rafael Benitez, contacted by RTL, as for him disclaimed that the technician is in contact with the club of the capital.

Nothing surer, if it does materialise Torres will be transformed into something like the player he was under his mentor.

I believe the president of PSG is also the head of broadcasting at Al Jazeera Sport.  Don't quote me on the exact titles but one of the board members of PSG has a position up the top of the food chain at Al Jazeera Sport.

I'd say these rumours have legs, to what degree - we shall see.

Best of luck Rafa (except when you're playing Lyon).  It's a truly wonderful offer for him.

From reading the article, nothing solid as yet, but the rumours are gathering pace.

From what the current PSG manager says, he obviously thinks he's leaving.

I'd say it's possible, maybe even probable.

If RAFA does take/get the job I would wish him every success except when they play us.The man deserves every credit for the dignified way he has treated this club all its supporters and the charities he has funded.YNWA RAFA.
