One thing is for certain now.
We now know why we can't perform against the Fulhams, Stokes and Boltons of this world. It's because of a lack of desire.
Take today for example, and Wednesday. Two games where we battled hard for everything. We didn't do that against Boltion, and the result was a roasting from KK. The players responded, and the biggest beneficiary from KK's rollicking, was Andy Carroll.
Manure I thought were the better side today for long periods, but it didn't matter, because the players worked hard today.
Say what you like about them, but Downing, Henderson, Adam, Carroll and whoever else you care to mention, they all bust a gut for the club. Sometimes it wasn't pretty, but it was effective, and I can't see KK letting this workrate drop. Not now.
For me, that's the reason I believe we've really turned the corner this time. KK has figured it out.
