We can beat the best. What is wrong with the rest?

Weird post; not sure what to make of it if I'm being honest. 

Let's look at this properly... We've beaten every team we've played in the League Cup (including Stoke) - so you can't be talking about those teams. We've beaten every team we've played in the F.A. Cup - so you aren't talking about them.

We've, therefore, beaten the following Premier League teams (best and rest) ...

Arsenal
Chelsea
City
Man U
Stoke
Bolton
Wolves
Everton
W.B.A.
Q.P.R.
Villa &
Newcastle

Leaving seven teams...

Spurs
Wigan
Blackburn 
Swansea 
Fulham
Sunderland
&
Norwich.

Only two of which have beaten us and all of which we've still to face. It's therefore a fallacy to suggest we can't beat "the rest" - irrespective of how headline grabbing it might be. 

It's a perception thing Bad Boy 

Maybe it's similar to the case of Bayern Munich, a team I often follow. Bayern beats top teams with amazing comfortability, while against weaker teams, it's a much edgier affair. Why? Top teams think they have a chance against Bayern, and attack, while weaker teams park the bus.  In fact, Bayern has lost against top teams which bus park. Probably, in the EPL, no top team can endure the humiliation of parking the bus,  so they attack, and lose to an underrated Liverpool
