Weird post; not sure what to make of it if I'm being honest.  ;D

Let's look at this properly... We've beaten every team we've played in the League Cup (including Stoke) - so you can't be talking about those teams. We've beaten every team we've played in the F.A. Cup - so you aren't talking about them.

We've, therefore, beaten the following Premier League teams (best and rest) ...

      Arsenal
      Chelsea
      City
      Man U
      Stoke
      Bolton
      Wolves
      Everton
      W.B.A.
      Q.P.R.
      Villa &
      Newcastle

      Leaving seven teams...

      Spurs
      Wigan
      Blackburn
      Swansea
      Fulham
      Sunderland
      &
      Norwich.

Only two of which have beaten us and all of which we've still to face. It's therefore a fallacy to suggest we can't beat "the rest" - irrespective of how headline grabbing it might be.

Maybe it's similar to the case of Bayern Munich, a team I often follow. Bayern beats top teams with amazing comfortability, while against weaker teams, it's a much edgier affair. Why? Top teams think they have a chance against Bayern, and attack, while weaker teams park the bus.  :f_steam: In fact, Bayern has lost against top teams which bus park. Probably, in the EPL, no top team can endure the humiliation of parking the bus,  :lmao: so they attack, and lose to an underrated Liverpool  ;)
