I am planning to get the train up to Lime Street, any advice on the best ways to get from the Station to Anfield?

Also are there any Away fan 'friendly' bars around the ground?

First time visiting Anfield for me.

Taxi.  Probably about a quarter of the price that it was from Brighton to your ground!

I'd imagine all of them will be 'away friendly' for Brighton fans.

We only hate Mancs.  Although The Arkles right next to the Anfield Road stand or the Flat Iron are usually the away fans favourites. Enjoy the trip (but not the result!)

Just glad to get a trip to Anfield really, regardless of the result.

Glad to hear about the bars, some places tend to be more away-intollerant then others so its always better to ask.

Good luck for the rest of the season, lots of Liverpool fans down in Brighton. Thats why its a big draw for us!
