very very disappointed  with whole squad for the poor effort
if i would grade the team i really would give NO ONE over 5( maybe Pepe for his misfortune in the goal)

The only time we seemed to have a chance to score was in the 91st min. for the whole game we did not create a single chance

How can we ever reach 4th with that mentality

Yes, if we'd kept Raul Meireles we would be shitting on Manchester City and United from a high height.

      I've heard it all now.

I think his movement and game intelligence is missed, though. He understood runs into the box and good movement, decent skill on the ball, and linked up well with Suarez, Maxi, and Kuyt. And I think we miss that from guys like Henderson and Adam.

Ye obviously not but over Chelsea, Arsenal and Newcastle much more likely. Fit in the team far better than Henderson and Adam and can actually come from midfield into the edge of the box to get in scoring positions.

Every time Skrtel got the ball he launched it forward to lone striker 5'9 Luis Suarez, what sort of tactics were they.

      Because the midfield is invinsible.

(let's forget the joke signing of Carroll, who someone here said has even a worse touch than Wickham)

Never mind Wickham. Jack the Ripper has got a better first touch than Carroll.

I'm dreading our Europa league run next year if something doesn't change, we're starting to become a laughing stock of British football.

      Oh well.

We won the CARLING CUP. We may win the FA Cup.

But as for the premiership, we are really lost. The problem still persists! We have a mentality problem. We are pumped up against any of the Top 6 sides, and we are dismal when playing against the others. This is a management problem.

The main problem is a lack of quality, not simply effort. We won the Carling Cup in 2003 with Diouf in the starting 11 despite a poor league season. Winning a cup doesn't disguise the problems. We won the Champions League in 2005 with rubbish like Biscan and Traore playing some great games in the competition. But we knew they would never be good enough long term and the same problem lays with some of our current players despite some good cups games.

And for any knob calling for Kennys head remember what happened when you helped force Rafa out we ended up with the face rubbing owl so just be careful what you wish for.

I don't think anyone is calling for his head, can't questions be asked of a manager without wanting him out completely.

For those having a go at Kenny, fair enough he's not above questionning, but at the end of the day whether Kenny is the boss or you are the boss or I am the 11 people on the pitch for Liverpool MUST AND HAVE TO deliver better then that pile of sh*te handed up today.

Only when Stevie arrived did we up the tempo. Stevie is getting on he wont be here forever we can not and should not depend onhim to up the tempo for us. Jesus our pace comes from another 30+ player in Bellamy.

That was a non event today might as well have rang ahead and said you can have the points we arent coming.

Shanks or Bob could be in the dugout it wouldnt make a difference, its the attitude of the players on the pitch that counts come 3pm

Rebounded goals not withstanding, that was simply unacceptable.

      Shocking.

      Clueless up front.

The above was our position last year after the same number of games.

Same number of points, but we'd lost 2 more games at this stage. Interesting that we have scored 5 more goals and conceded 6 less as compared to last season.

Scored 5 less this season mate :(  only 30 goals

We need to stick together, back Kenny and the team, then get this season over with and rebuild, get rid of the deadwood.
