We should never have conceded the goal, no one marked crouch and pepe complaining the whole game instead of pushing the defender away and punch the cross away. It should never have been a corner in the first place.

Not the best we've played this season but the officials haven't helped too much either.

The wide men including the full backs have been the weakest part of the team so far with very little coming from those areas.

Spearing the pick of our players so far apart from that strange long pass towards the end.

They are actually keeping the ball better than us in parts of the game.

Really poor half. Quality from Suarez but I'm struggling to find it from anyone but Carra/Skrtel and Spearing.

Carroll in particular has been disappointing, giving Crouch a free header, and not just not looking lively enough. To be fair he's had a couple nice passes, but he needs to do more.

And what can I say about the refs? Really really frustrating when they keep missing these calls. It's one thing to disagree on a foul, because that's open to interpretation. But corner decisions? Come on refs, you have to get those right.

Why need to use the wing too much when we can just thrust through the middle, too predictable. Downing is poor, what's he doing on the right. They're attacking down the left, high ball to crouch for a knockdown. We need to stop those balls going to crouch and we need to counter faster, not dally too much, they pushed too many players upfront at times, we're just too slow.
