What Do You Want From Next Season?

As the forum title says, 'what do you want from next season' im saying this predominately as league + cup finishes but you can also talk about what transfers or academy stuff or new stadium would you like to see, please be realistic too

I'd be happy with a good run in the carling an fa cups, a good run in europa league (would be good to win) an potentially with some good signings in the summer a push for 4th, if were still in the race for 4th with about a few games to go in the season that would do me, although with the good cup runs does mean alot of games so some squad depth would be good, wouldnt mind seeing more of sterling, shelvey, spearing, robinson an flanagan next season too or if not loan some of them to lower prem or championship clubs

Realisticly, decent cup runs in all comps, and being in touch with 4th with 5 or 6 games to go in prem. Couple of decent signings in summer. Decent centre mid playmaker and clinical finisher. Happy days.

The league, league cup, FA cup, community shield, and Euro cup will do. Anything else is a bonus.

What do I want from next season?  Same as every season, heart says win the lot, head says visible improvement.

We haven't won the Europa League before. Let's go for it

The league is the only answer that's acceptable to this. That's what I want, what do I expect, I expect us to qualify for champions league football next year and surprise a few people because as much as we've been reported with terrible results in the league, our standard of play has been nowhere near as bad as some try to make out.

Truthfully I think we'll fall just short of winning the league but we'll progress massively from this year and if we do, as I expect, bring in 2 or 3 world class players 3rd is probably the position we'll finish but I can always dream.

hmm yer i think i maybe phrased this question wrong, i mean what would you like to happen next season but also what you think will happen, without being too optimistic

The title, and retaining the Carling and FA cup.

Realistic BPL points target. Not less than 80 points.
If we won FA Cup, hope we could win Charity Shield.
Avoid home defeat in every match.
Winning double of derby matches.
Final Europa League.

If we make fourth ill be happy. Its from there you can start to challenge for the title seasons after.
Its just getting there which is the hard bit.

Winning any trophy would keep me happy. It is the sort of thing that brings new young fans to support LFC.

A lot of talk of aiming for fourth in here when in the next few weeks we could potentially see that 4th place is not worth anything more than 5th or 6th.

I want the same from every season in that we set out to win every game and competition we enter and don't believe that is unreasonable.

Unbeaten at home all season (time to make Anfield a fortress again) - ideally with only 1 or 2 draw's
Youngsters to break through into the team - Sterling and Suso especially
A few new faces to liven up the first team (including above)
The back of a few faces that have not been good enough - and some that have been amazing but leave before they cant cut it anymore with pride and dignity

Trophey wise - at least one, be it Carling, FA or Europa Cup
Europe wise - an apperance in either the Final or Semi's
League Wise - a marked improvement, top 4 ideally but as long as we look a lot better than I will be happy

Is it out of our powers to win the league, nope! We have a squad capable of beating anybody on the day - with a few signing's, a bit of luck and a good run we can finish top. As long as we aim to win every game and play with pride, heart and conviction then I will be a happy red...
