Know we won 5-2 still F***ing raging about the peno decision on Suarez though

Yeah it is bullshit. Lazy refereeing. Been the case for the last 12 months. Suarez gets nothing, the past 4 games he should have had a penalty in each.

Nice performance that, enjoyable to watch.  Well done lads.  Pleased for Suarez, who was unimaginatively abused for most of the game - but he gave the best answer he could.  A hat trick.

Seeing the Norwich fans giving Luis sh*te, it reminded me of the story about what the Norwich fan did after Norwich won the champions league..... (answers on a postcard!)

A shame that we didn't have the 'cherry' of a clean sheet on top.  Some additional defensive coaching required I think or this tendency to leak silly goals is really gonna hamper our progress.

      Excellent result, we deserved that.

Suarez was immense today, he was so clinical in his finishing and never stopped looking for another goal or to set up another.

Suso, Sterling and Wisdom all showed why age shouldn't determine whether you start or not, talent should. Suso in particular although gave the ball away a couple of times was great, him and Suarez i feel will play very well together. Wisdom was highly impressive too, solid at the back and confident going forward, needs to work on his positioning at times, seemed to be too central for me.

Sahin, Allen and Gerrard, they can pass can't they. Great performance from the three, would definitely have the 3 start each game, yes Shelvey is good but i think Sahin has the whole package, work rate, vision and a finish. The three played as a unit, used each other confidently when needed and opened up Norwich very well.

Now don't jump on me all at once, but the game did open my eyes to a couple problems we face. Our defense is too clumsy, sometimes they and Reina included just switch off and to do well in this league we can't allow that to happen. If we are to implement Rodgers style of football then the back four needs to be sharp or one mistake could cost us the game. Luckily it didn't today but Skrtel, Agger and Reina all look too casual on the ball, several times in that game Reina played the wrong ball.

Don't get me wrong it was a great performance and i actually believe that Rodgers will lead us back into glory however our defensive issues have to be addressed in my eyes, sooner than later.

When has Suarez dived is a better question, have seen no proof.. not one Suarez diving compilation out there.. wonder why that is.

Only caught the first 5 and last 10 of the match. Brilliant! Luis was fantastic by all accounts and gets another hattrick at Carrow Road.

Outstanding in parts, but frustrating we gifted them two goals - but what a passing phase for Gerrard's goal!

Who is the idiot who said sell Suarez for £30m!? Me. But today he put the team first and it was very good to watch. More of that please.

Thought Sterling was quiet, perhaps fatigue?

      Johnson again, impressive

      Susuo looks class

      Wisdom is a beast

Sahin, and the rest, vey good performances

Nobody had a bad a game to be fair, but did feel Reina was to blame for the first goal

Excellent result, great performance but disappointed with conceding two stupid goals. Well we're not yet there but still in learning process but we expect better from Pepe & Skrtel the way they gave two goals to Norwich City.. I think Luis Suarez should be given more protection by referee cos the ref did not gave a penalty which it was so it's absolutely disgraceful....

How disinterested did all the Norwich lads look around the 75 minute mark. Our passing just killed them.

We were clinical in front of goal which was the most important thing. Nice victory, onwards and upwards :)

Liverpool attempted 700 passes, 90% were accurate is a stat that's floating about. Can't confirm it but truly outstanding if true.

Anyone know the possession stats for this game? BBC saying it was 50%. I just cannot believe that. Don't know whether I should be looking at them because there score system fu**ed up spectacularly today. Incompetent idiots!

That's utter rubbish Franks, Norwich had long periods without ever getting near the ball. I've no idea how they compile these statistics but that's utter crap.

I hated it when I first saw it, but it didn't look bad at all today.  Still would prefer the red when's there is no clash of colours, but at last we've seen the dreaded purple kit now!

I can't express how I'm feeling right now, at LONG LAST the lads got what they deserved in a league match!  Not going to dwell on the defensive lapses, we scored THREE more than they did today!
