From the next game onwards we need everyone to play with the same determination like Enrique and we'll start to pick up points.

I thought Enrique, Suarez, Sterling, and Johnson were excellent. Agger and Gerrard were very good as well.

Joe Allen had a shocker! He improved in the second, but he just seems really off of late. He's played an insane amount of football in 2012, so I think he's tired. That, and this game had Lucas written all over it. We miss him badly.

Maybe it's a lesson to wait until the final whistle before declaring the game lost and looking at who to blame.
Or maybe its a sign we were sh*t 1st half gsve the ball away were piss poor defensively and Brendan gave them a rocket changed the set up and the lads got stuck in.

sh*t first half, much better improved second half and changed a lot when Suso came on. Suarez and Enrique also fantastic. It's a shame we couldn't nick it at the end.

That doesn't excuse people looking at who to blame and calling the game lost at half time.

They didn't play well first half and it needed to improve ! That's when fans get behind and support them and encourage them - not look at who we should blame !

We did OK in the second half. The players showed some fight. So that is good. I blame Webb. He intercepted Sahin's pass that lead to the corner and ultimately the goal. :D

Good point earned today, but what a stupid goal to give away and so cheaply at that! Thought Enrique was at his best today, well done the Reds.

Let's not forget Brad the man, who kept us in the game.

Yes, he's made some important saves for us whilst filling in for Pepe but his distribution of the ball seems to be what everyone wants to talk about.

      Credit where its due.

I feel the criticism of Brad's distribution whilst fair, detracts from an otherwise commanding performance. He kept us in the game on more than one occassion as I remember.

Trust Howard Webb to intercept the ball for Chelsea which lead to them scoring :f_steam:

Most folk are going for Enrique, but I thought Gerrard had a great game as well.

So many opinions changed since half-time.

      Wonder why.

Maybe because most saw how poor we were in the first half, what sort of statement is that! Would you prefer if people just came on and commented about the half hour we showed desire and passion. Wouldn't make for a good discussions forum imo.

Over the moon, we went to Stamford bridge with no Pepe no Skrtel no Lucas and played very very well. As for Rodgers again he shows he's not a one trick pony and his changes paid off, in fact his changes actually gave up a little possession ( stats silly in first half 70%+ ) for more of an edge. Think we have a keeper here boys and girls.

But let me say again we went to the CL champions most pundits tip for the title and Chelsea played counter attacking football, says it all.

:clap:G.rrreat point today imho.I was surprised at Jose's inclusion for this game....What a sterling decision that was!!The true Enrique turned up today and fully deserved the mom.
Is it me or is Stevie performing at about 90% atm ?Special word for the 'younguns'especially Suso coming on seemed to alter our performance.F*****n love Raheem (and his mum). Finally Carrra, first assist for 3 years and his work ethic was (as usual)100%.HAPPY with that.Well done Redmen .

Eh?  Don't remember many saying we'd lost at half time.  I was thinking we might get battered if the gaffer didn't change things second half because we were rotten first half.

He did and we improved massively and got a deserved point.  Could have been three in the end.

      Well played lads!

What was it you said at half time - "if we lose - what shall be the excuse"

Great support that - wonderful to see you believe we can get back into the game and to get behind the lads to get something out of the game.

I get behind the team until the final whistle - that's not being a superfan - that's called being a supporter.
