Have Suarez as captain in my FF team. Uber confident we'll be evil to the Saints.

We need a result tomorrow. Can see it being a bit of a goal fest, and we should come out with nothing less than 3 points.

      Wilson  Skrtel   Agger  Johnson
                 Lucas      Allen
                      Gerrard

Subs: Suso for Sterling after 60mins, Hendo for Lucas & Shelvey for Stevie at 70mins.

      Time for excuses to end.

Need to win at least five league games this month... and that's me being conservative.

That would be me being desperate ... which I am getting.

Aside from the referee tripping Suarez up when he is about to round the goalie then I'm going to be extremely miffed if I see our fans banging on about 'bad luck' and I'll be even worse if I see, come Sunday, another "don't worry we'll start winning soon but the big bad referee and goalposts keep cheating us" interviews from a player or staff.

Go out there and be positive, stop f**king whinging, convert some chances when we get them and don't let midfield runners go.

Rodger's hasn't had it easy with the depth of squad but that isn't to say he and the players should be allowed a free ride from our fans and keep playing to the gallery about bemoaning bad luck. Good teams, teams that genuinely have the attitude to succeed go out and make things happen when they need it... we don't. We largely look like a squad full of players who aren't winners but moaners.

We're playing some mediocre teams in December and we really, really should be sticking not just a run of wins together but getting goals too. If we aren't comfortably beating this kind of dross then it just goes to show we're becoming ever more like the kind of midtable fodder we used to beat.

Please F**k the passing sideways and backwards sh*t off and move the F**k forward. Attack these blokes and we should get a good win.

I'm going for a 4-0 win. This is going to be the game where we start converting our chances or at least most of them.

      Come on you Reds.

already have an assist and a goal, always look like to be scoring that downing/susp who played there.

Wilson in at right back why??? Not been anywhere near first team, out of position strange selection mate!

Also would prefer Enrique going back to a position he's more a costumed to, we need players at there end that are comfortable when goal scoring chances come by.

I hope not too mate, all too often we've had players playing the wide forward position we are clearly not wide forwards. If you haven't the players to play the position then tinker the formation. This squad isn't good enough to carry passengers and from the start you're setting up with one.

Yes he's got into the positions to score but he's said himself he prefers to play left back, and you can see he's clearly uncomfortable when goal scoring chances come his way. It's not a natural thing to be there for him like it would be for an attacking player.

At least he is getting to the end of this chances. Which wide player do you think will at least get there? . He is more comfortable on the wings than downing and suso. Didn't seen enough of assaidi to tell about him.

I personally don't think we have the right players in the squad to play the formation, all too often this year we have a make shift wide forward on the pitch.

Be it Enrique (left back), Suso (CAM), Borini (Striker).

I find it head scratching it hasn't been addressed when you assess our current squad and the formation duly tinkered with. We are constantly starting with players in unnatural positions. The only player that has benefited imo is Glen Johnson who does an excellent job when deployed at left back.

Then you put the players who in theory could play there and I can't see how you can keep blinding playing the same formation.

Downing (poor form all season apart from cple games at left back when teams have come to defend)
Cole lacks fitness to play there (get yr hands off yr knees lad!!!)
Assaisi If you watch his all round game needs to work on a hell of a lot to be anywhere near regular EPL starter, (that said probably best candidate at current time if you play the formation)

We could do a lot worse than adopt Juventus formation that worked so well last season, for at least until January window. That said it needs a lot of work on training ground in regards of positional sense to work effectively.

BR clearly doesn't see it as a formation as the couple of times we've changed to it the lack of positional sense has been apparent from a number of players.

The fact he's tried it must mean it's in his head, but he clearly doesn't trust the players to be able to play it on a regular basis.
