No, because Moreno is not as bad as people make him out to be, and in addition to him we have Milner and Clyne who can play the position.

More worried that Mane goes down as we have no one to naturally cover that position.

Aouer would be brilliant he's only 20 and already better than Rabiot.

Rabiot is more defensive though and we definitely don't need another DM.

Aouer can play AM and also on the left wing he'd be a perfect alternative to Fekir

He definitely isn't a DM, but nor is he an AM. I think you'd be surprised at how much of an attacking threat he is when deployed as a box-boxer. I can see us playing 433 more often if we do sign him imo.

I just don't see Rabiot as a major upgrade on our current CM's. Aouer would be a much more exciting signing in my opinion he has a bit of x factor about him.

Tbh, I don't think we can go wrong in choosing one or the other as both are capable of breaking into our midfield first team setup. I think Rabiot is more direct, where as Aouer is more your Wijnaldum type footballer, but the biggest difference is, one will possibly be free in the summer.

no point, no matter who we sign it's not going to stop Henderson and Milner starting big games. We could have Kante and Modric and they would probably end up on the bench.

We wouldn't have won the game with him playing last night. We had other options similar (Keita and Lallana) already and Klopp chose not to use them. I'm not sure why people aren't getting it that we are not going to sign anyone this window. We have no glaring deficiencies (that aren't caused by temporary injuries) and Klopp has shown that he's happy with what he's got. The only "smoke" is from media types that need to generate clicks and views on stories. Most of the "reliable" journalists (Pearce, Tomkins, Joyce, etc...) have all said that there's no way he's coming and likely no one else either.

Seriously though, he’s been playing damn well of late, has something like 9 goals and 4 assists in 17 appearances. He would bring a lot to the team but it’s not going to happen.
