Onwards and upwards. 

Shocked, got my bet up after being 3-0 up with about 70mins (including stoppages) to go. Unlucky whoever had the hat-trick, we simply didn't try to add to it and if the rumours of a virus is true there's no harm in taking the foot off the gas and exhausting yourselves if you can control it and that's just what we did. Great performance, thought Gerrard was superb from start to finish, midfield 3 were really really good.

Sterling picked it up a bit in the 2nd half too no real negatives apart from the Enrique injury, hope it's just a tweak, nice to give Lucas half hour or so too, even though he still looks a yard short.

Well done lads, well done!

Decent first half, not so good second but the objective was to win today and we did that.  Well done lads!!!
