Memories oh to be young again .
One of the lads in our league was a huge Wolves fan and when it was your turn to play him round his house, second half you always got the end in his lounge that had the gas fire, needless to say it was always on when you were at that end, and trying to not get a scorched backside and playing was difficult, probably why he was unbeaten at home. Halcyon days................

Couldn't really get into subbuteo although there was a couple of kids round our way growing up that used to have mini tournaments during the winter round their house when it was too cold and dark to actually play footy outside.
I remember jumping up after scoring and falling on top of one of his floodlights and snapping it in half. He started crying and his Ma went nutz and threw us all out
