Missed the whole match due to a bereavement, glad we bashed the barcodes.

Made up for the Boss too after the week he has had.

      Great response from all.

So, the next team below us, West Brom, has a GD of 2.  We have a goal difference of... 25.

Can someone smarter than me tell us if that means anything?

When we win, we win big.

You should expect a lot of replies considering your last line.  ;)

Why did Inter let Coutinho go? Passing and vision is amazing, and great strenth for a small man. Just goes to show there are bargins out there.

That was a great performance, much more direct passing today. Players attacked in numbers and looked for the killer pass.

      Nice one Lads : )

I'm no expert in tactics, but it seems to me Toon played us in a very different way from the usual "shut up shop" sh*te we have to face all the time. An all-out attack sort of tactics, everyone on the offense, nobody bothering with defense. As if Pardew thought: "Hey, they a one-man team, without Suárez they can't score, they are f*cked, we'll send our keeper to attack too, they will all miss the goal anyway!"

I daresay this is the last time a manager makes this mistake against us.  ;D

      Unfuckingbelievable.

I only realized at 11.30pm last night that our game was on 3 hours later. I thought it was Sunday game

So I pressed record and went to bed as had a sh*t night the night before and had to get up early to go to work

Texted my mate who I always text during the game and said going to bed mate and my reasons for not watching a game live for the first time in many years.

Woke up at 6am for work, checked my phone and he left a message , "lucky u didn't get up boring game!"

So my first word of the day was F**k! Thought I'd check the score and when I see 0-6, had to wipe my eyes as I thought I was seeing things, couldn't believe it.

Next 4 works were GET THE F**k IN  ;D quickly followed by B***ard  :D

See what happens when I don't watch, I must be the f**king jinx!

Well done lads, can't wait to get home from work and watch it in full. 6 f**king goals, yeah baby.

Seen a very funny pic on twitter earlier of one of our lads taking the piss outside the away end after the game.

Basically getting his mates to take a pic of him doing that geordie pose in front of the police horses. Made me laugh anyway!!

Great for Hendo to get a brace against Newcastle at their place.

Coutinho and Sturridge seem to be linking up well. My only worry is that Sturridge is selfish and you can see some of his team mates getting agitated by it. A few times he had the chance to play Coutinho in for an easy goal but instead tried to work a shooting chance.

Part of that was him wanting to get his hat trick.  Strikers need to be a little selfish as it means that they are hungry and want to score!!

He was very unselfish for his pass to Hendo for our second.  He was through on goal, 1v1 with the keeper, and made the unselfish pass in order to ensure that the team benefitted with the certain goal.
