More controversy with the DRS system.
Broad gets Rogers out caught behind, Rogers appeals because he didn't edge it, DRS says not out. Fair enough that's fine. But then, the third umpire wants to check LBW. Ball pitches in line, hits him in line, is going to hit the stumps (just...umpire's call) and we already know he didn't edge it...yet it's still not out. Sorry, but that's bollocks. The umpire gave Rogers out, therefore if it's umpire's call it should be out. It doesn't matter what he's give him out for, the fact is he gave him out.
If the third umpire can't give him out LBW because that's not what the original reason for giving him out was, then why F***ing check it in the first place? And what would of happened if England said, alright then we'll be appeal for leg before wicket while we're here?
This isn't me saying it as a biased England fan, I'd of said the same if it was the Aussies appealing on one of our players. I just the review system has been a F**k up from start to finish during this series, which is a shame because I've been a big fan of it since it's inception.
As for the rest of the Test, Aussies are 53-3 with Stuey Broad stepping up to the plate and taking all 3 wickets.
