I'd like to sign it, but unsure if it is like other petitions in which if you sign with an address outside of the UK it actually brings the merit of the petition down.  if that is the case I obviously won't sign.

Spot on I had no problem signing and I got an Email back confirming that they had accepted my signature within a couple of minutes.Mind you though I live in New Zealand I still keep my British citizenship. and more important I still love Liverpool Football Club.
