Just because some pundits say he's dodgy and 'always has a mistake in him' doesn't mean you should actually believe them.

He had another solid game and I still don't think I've seen him responsible for a goal for club or country yet.

      Indeed.
He was solid, and considering he's also carrying an injury shows how much he means to France that they rushed him back.

Jaysus he was bloody horrendous for France today.

He looked pretty dodgy in one of the group games I watched as well, he is quite a clumsy player at times. I see the makings of a very dominant player but I am also not quite convinced as well so I guess we will find out exactly what he can or can't be during the coming season

What the hell are you talking about?
They only lost by one goal and it wasn't Sakho's fault. He was as big a presence as ever.

You can have a poor game and not be at fault for the goal mate. Watch the game back and you will see he had a poor game and then relax!

Maybe you need to re watch the game and see Sakho's contribution.

Outstanding WC for him i thought. Outshone all their defenders.

Can't wait to have him back for next season.

I just feel that so many people are trying to be so over critical of him.  By so many I am talking about pundits and media.  At the end of the day he misplaces a pass and its like mourns and growns and what have you.  At the end of the day he hasn't bit anyone why all this?

Did you watch the Germany match? Even if he was injured his passing, his touch, position and header  were all very poor. So much so that Germany were leaving him unmanned so he would be the player distributing as opposed to varane. Hey I'm a big fan and hope it was down to his fitness but wither which way, he had a shocker.

Players can have them you know and tbh I'd rather he have his really sh*t games for France rather than us. I honestly think the injury had something to do with it. He was F***ing boss in the group games.

He was indeed. No harm having a mare now and again and as you said, better he does it on International. He will be our numero uno centre back so heres hoping he is solid as a wall when the season starts.

I don't care about France and for me I am still waiting to see what he brings that is better than Agger or Martyn. The games I saw him in last season worried me about the timing of his tackles but I also think that coming in to the club and settling in can take a season before we see a player settled and at his best so lets see what he can do this season.

He is still only 24 so I'd give him time to develop. Varane looked a superior player to me, even though he made errors too.

Sahko seems to get flustered when there's a few players running off him. He needs to learn to be cooler under pressure. But I have hopes he is intelligent enough to do that and improve his composure in the coming years.

24 and needs time to develop? Sorry Barnes10 cant agree with that. Hes a full French international and played 150 times over 6 seasons for PSG. If hes not developed now then hes not going to develop.

You can say that for Illori or even Coates because of his lack of top level football but not Sakho

He was on the bench first game so thank god for that. ok he's a great option to have v Man City.
I thought it because I saw a silly link that he's on his way out to another club...

I don't really think we can afford to have Lovren on the medical table in that situation :P.

Distribution needs to be improved. I didn't like some of the passes he made from the back (at White Hart Lane against the spuds).
