Just did a quick research. He has featured in 22/25 Rayo games so far, playing the full 90 in 21 of them, he was sent off in the other but still his team won the game.

1 goal & 1 assist so far. From what it looks, he is mostly a withdrawn CM but has also played CB in 8 games. Not sure how physical he is to be a DM in the premier league.

The guy may be talented, but I can't see a 19 year old being able to step straight into the DM role for us.
That position is all about reading the game, and you need experience to develop that.
If we sign him it sounds like another "one for the future" rather than somebody who is going to slot straight in to the side.

So let me understand, Alberto is currently rotting on the bench and bsuso is on loan so we want another younger in same position because he shows defensive qualities?  Just get an established dm ffs.

Not that i was Highly impressed, I never seen him play before, so you cannot judge in 90 mins, and rayo were playing home against a very good AM team, the game ended 2-4 for the visitors,
 
 Personally I would go for an more experienced DM  ex, porto's fernando valued at 8/9M-euros (he is in his last 6 months of contract and before he signs for the Mancs),, or Inler from napoli,
